[Error Code] Ricoh Aficio 240W Plotter Error Code SC 401-00

Customer stated that orange wrench has lit up and error code SC 401-00 is displayed. Can not print to plotter... They have unplugged and repowered up but the code persists. There are no available Ricoh service techs in customers area so they are desperate for me to try and help them out. They are a considerable distance away so before I go any thoughts or help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like you have a transfer issue. I would start with the Transfer corona, broken or shorting

          Hi Guys
On old Ricoh Aficio's SC401 used to be a Transfer error, but on the 240 its ID Sensor, could be dirty, could be old Dev, could be a loose grubscrew on the drrum pulley. Normally when you have to go as far as taking the dev unit and drum out, its worth cleaning the entire cavity.
