Hi all ,does anybody know if the login for the admin or supervisor has been changed for these models.I'm going to one tommorow where the engineer has been unable to login with either and as far as he knows they haven't been changed

I had a situation where during the setup, one of the other techs changed BOTH passwords to 'admin" (without quotes).

Try (USER - admin PW- admin), and if that doesn't work, try (USER - supervisor PW - admin), and see if that doesn't get you in. Once you're in supervisor mode, clear the password for admin and you'll be back to default. Otherwise, you're looking at replacing NVRAM..... sorry partner.

Check with whoever originally set the machine up. When first turned on, the new models display a screen to change the passwords. Some techs think that they are required to enter a new password and do so. We just click OK without making any entry.

Hi slimslob it looks like that is what happened.A quick reset in factory mode and everything is good now, thanks for the replies
