    RICOH training

    Hello everyone.
I come to the community to present this little problem that has worried me.
By the way, sincerely speaking, without wanting to offend anyone, I would like if someone can know an internet link where I can take a training in photocopiers range RICOH.
I would like to have it for photocopiers and RICOH duplo if possible.
Would anyone have an idea of what might be a solution for me?

Online Ricoh training is generally only available via their online learning website, which you have to be a Ricoh-certified technician or manager to access.

Ricoh Tech here, the online classes we have basically tell you to read the service manual and detailed descriptions section as "training". I've been a tech for a year and this is how I learned most stuff. Other knowledge can only be gained with experience or in my case I lean on my senior techs.

        Re: RICOH training

Ricoh's training has been steadily degrading through the years. In my current opinion the Ricoh Learning Institute is a waste of internet bandwidth. Basic training is still instructor led following an online portion and might be good for someone totally green or working with Ricoh products for the first time, otherwise little value.

I guess this doesn't work anymore:

Looks like I've been out of the loop for a while.

It has been replaced by this: Ricoh Learning Institute

You still need to be a registered tech for a Ricoh branch or authorized dealer.

Pretty sure I have one of those floating around my office somewhere. After 18 years at the same dealership you tend to collect shit.
