ricoh mpc4000 toner supply problem

hello!
there is a problem with ricoh mpc400 with toner supply "Not Original Toner",
changed pump, tube and bottle then tried sp 5804 checked bk pump and bottle when toner relay motor is working
seems that there are no toner fills >>> any Ideas?

ASSUMING that they are not 3rd party toners .. start looking to the boards.. my guess it IS a 3rd party toner, and the chip wasn't changed or just a bad chip

on ricoh, if a toner bottle is removed early, another put in, then the original put back in, it confuses the machine. ive caused that myself troubleshoot toner supply issues.

Bad or non Genuine Ricoh RFID chip on the toner bottle. Could also occur if you try refill Ricoh bottles.

Same here. It is best to just let the toner run out completely. When the next change happens, the message will go away.

The more a chip is "reset" the more likely it is that it will fail.

Replaced nozzle, error still shown...
REPLACED Toner hopper for the four colors seems that it's working

Same here. It is best to just let the toner run out completely. When the next change happens, the message will go away.

I've had to reduce the Toner Near End setting on a few machines because the customer would change the bottle at the first toner low warning. If I can turn the bottle and feel toner plop to the bottom you left too much in it. Also sometimes the plungers can get stuck open and if there is toner inside you're gonna have a bad time. Had that happen while showing a customer how to change toner on a new install. Magenta all over my feet.
