Can you post an English translation of the test on the screen for those of us that don't read Italian. As for the service code what have you tried so far? Have you checked those items in the trouble shooting in the service manual for SC553-002 and SC553-003? Do you even have a service manual?

        not sure but
you might have to do the pico fuse reset in service mode.
ALSO inspect fuser belt and pressure roller, thermisters for buildup...
AS they ask crazy $$$ for those pico fuses I myself made a reset jig
with door microswitch,6 feet of thin wire and connector from old thermister"mp6001".
The timing of when to press and release switch does come into play

It may have changed but Ricoh used to tape one of the pico fuses inside the box that a new sleeve assembly comes in. I have replaced a lot more sleeve units for reasons other than service codes requiring reset. At the time I retired I had about 6 of them in my small parts box on my work bench. I also carried 2 in my tool kit.

tullio, little information! how many prints does it have? the sleeve / fuser has already been replaced in the past, what have you tried to do?..its destroyed? .. anyway, try cleaning the thermopile lens, thermistors and machine-fuser contacts, and go 5-810, follow the flow chart on manual

Yes they still include the fuse with each new sleeve, so as you know we don't need to fit these if just replacing the sleeve as a PM part so my tool box is over flowing with these fuses!.

I wonder how many techs have thrown out the box without even checking for the fuse.

A couple of my techs were ordering complete fuser units because they didn’t know about the fuse.
