Ricoh MPC3002 set in Service mode

    Hi All,
I'm new here and hope someone can help.
I have problems with printing booklets in my MPC3002 with finisher.
I have edge-to-edge print mode and Rotate 180 degrees.
Print on first page is very good with no white edge but on rear side it will give a 2 mm wide edge.
I have looked in Service Mode but cant find where to find settings for the rear side print.
    Hope anyone can help.

From the Operators Instruction Manual: "Copies two 1-sided pages or one 2-sided page onto a 2-sided page. During copying, the image is shifted to allow for the binding margin." This is because in Japan they use narrow right margin of 4 or 5 mm. Without shifting stapling and hole punching would be right on the end of the text.
If I remember correctly, the default is 4mm. Use the Margin button on the Duplex and Combine screen to change the value. I+Use the Program key to store as default.

Yes, thats what I'm trying to do but do you know under what buttons I will find the setup?
      1001, 1002 or?
Also, Do you know how change the staple position? The upper is perfect but the lower is around 1 mm wrong.

As for staple position, that can be found in peripheral settings, SP 6xxx-xxx.

          I think you misunderstand me.
          1. The placement of the print on the page is set in setup.
          Yellow button + 107 + C.
I need help finding under which number the back page settings take place. Under which point.
          1001.2 is for the front.
          2. Can you adjust the staples individually or can they both be adjusted to the same position?
          If individually, where? 6010 or?

Once again it is set from the Duplex and Combine operator screen by the user at the time that the job is ran,
            1. Select Copy function
            2. Select Duplex and Combine
            3. Select 1 Sided to 2 sided or 2 sided to 2 sided
            4. Select Margins and you will get a screen that show the current margins for both front and back side. You can change them from there.
