Stapler Issue?

I have a Pro C5100S machine with a SR4100 Booklet MAKER.
The 2 Booklet Maker staplers staple just fine but the corner stapler keeps jamming staples and won't staple.
When I pull out the cartridge a bunch of staples are folded and fall out on the floor.
ANY IDEAS on how to fix this?

Crimped staples that are loose in the finisher indicate that the document is not being properly stacked in the stapler. In the 3,000 sheet finisher I have trouble with both the brush roller and the jogger unit. But I doubt if there is room the the SR4100 for a jogger unit. It might have a brush roller assembly. Might also be a sensor going bad.
