Smart Device Monitor for Admin

Hi ,
Where can I find installation instructions for setup and troubleshooting for Smart Device Monitor for Admin? When a customer print on PC and login on device with a card on display have message PRINT RESTRICTET , Do not have privileges for this option.
Any sugestion.

To my knowledge it might be a discontinued software in your region. In the USA it can be found here http://support.ricoh.com/html_gen/util/SDM/SDM_v7.html

It might not help you. The problem should be correctable using either User Tools or WIM. The user is not authorized to use that function. May also need to check the manual for the card reader.
