Try a different driver. That looks like you're using the PS driver, try a PCL driver.

Or using PCL and the C6000 only has PostScript.

you are missing a lot of things there. try a simple sp 5801-xxx. look through the list and select the printer. never do a all clear i.e.5801-001,002 or 003. lately when I have a print or scan issue that is missing something or is not acting correctly this will fix it

I used RICOH Firmware Update Tool but no change
Is there any way I can add PCL fonts to my printer?

Isolate and print using the device specific driver in a clean install. This looks like a driver problem.

Print out firmware versions and post here, may need to do firmware modules from SD card.

Was the machine set up to use a Fiery at one time?

Try with a cross cable to connect directly to the pc, and the driver is already installed and ready, and see what happens

I think what davel was really wanting is the diagnostic report from the Service Program.

From what you have provided it appears that the only installed print function is RPCS, something I thought Ricoh had discontinued using. PCL is not shown and therefore might not be installed. Either that or it has been deleted or is corrupted to the point of not being recognized. You may need to pay to have a Ricoh support visit to correct the problem. The other options is to buy the PS3 option and use the Postscript driver.
