A customer of ours bought this off-lease, can someone tell me the default admin password to this box ?

Admin with no password.

If this has been changed you can use the supervisor login to change it or add a new admin.

If both have been changed and you cannot get ahold of the previous owner, then an EPROM change is required.

Could try SP5-846-046 if Supervisor also changed, was in Factory SP on older devices and haven't had to use it in a long time and never tried it on any of the later models

...now that I think of it I'm not even sure how to get into Factory SP on newer devices

It's still there, but if the machine admin has enabled service block you cannot get into any Service Program.
