Downloaded the TWAIN drivers for Ricoh C2051 .. installed Windows OS is reading the drivers but Scanners fail to operate .

Ricoh's TWAIN drivers only work with 32-bit applications. If the application you're trying to connect with is 64-bit, it will not work with those drivers. One possible workaround is to make sure that the Scanner feature is advertised by WSD. In most cases, we turn off WSD entirely, but we have had instances where a scan application can use it to find a scanner for use. Just be sure to only turn it on for the Scanner function only and not the printer function.

What application is having issues seeing the scanner? TWAIN scanners are more of a curiosity at this point than something we generally see, but it is interesting that scanning with TWAIN or WSD offers features that aren't available when scanning with the device natively.

Network WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) is also available and does work with 64 bit Windows. You may need to use Ricoh-usa.com to download as I checked Ricoh-UK and scanner drivers are not shown as it is considered a "legacy model"

Thanks for the advice and a greatful it worked... downloaded drivers from Ricoh USA. WIA driver installed on my Windows 11 (64 bit) wirelessly connected to Ricoh MP C2051 . It is scanning within the OS as needed.. But the other system Windows 10 (64 bit) is connected with Ricoh on a LAN and the drivers are installed tried both TWAIN and WIA .. even in Scanner profile have specified the IP add for Ricoh C2051 but whenever try to scan within Windows it's not working and coming up with the below message

Disabling the firewall isn't really a fix, especially if this is a customer machine. There are pre-set rules to open the ports needed for scanning. You'll need to allow those rules to get things working properly.

I can see disabling the firewall as a troubleshooting tool, but it's not a long-term fix.

I will sort out as you mentioned
Its my own personal business and i can manage working with disabling the firewall at the moment and will definitely work on as you mentioned.
