When you "changed the ID sensor assembly, was it a new one or one from another machine? A new one comes with a sticker with 6 values that need to be entered in SP for all three of the sensors. If even one of those values are entered incorrectly, you will have problems. If you took a sensor assembly from another machine, you need to write down the values from the other machine and enter on the machine you are working on. In fact, anytime you remove a TD sensor from a machine you should write down the values and keep them with the sensor. You might also want to check the sensor shutter. It is on the bracket that the sensor mounts to and is supposed to help dust and toner off the sensor.

You have an issue with the cyan PCDU what is the PM life & the transfer belt?

Also there were a few issues with this code on early system/copy firmware so I would start by updating to the latest package first.

      • Code: SC370-02
      • Description:TM (ID) sensor calibration error (C) Regular reflection optical output voltage of the Front or Center or Rear TM (ID) sensor: Vsg_reg cannot be adjusted to within target range. Upper limit (SP3-320-013: initial value 4.5V) Lower limit (SP3-320-014: initial value 3.5V)

        My first question is.
Why erase the memory of the Engine?
        My second question.
What did you hope to solve by doing that?

Strong recommendation, do not have as a first option to erase the memory of the device, if you are not clear, what you want the result to be.

My co-worker ran into a similar problem, it started that the magenta dev clogged up and destroyed the magenta hopper as well so he had to disassemble it quite heavily, after everything was switched we ran into sc370 after awhile and followed the troubleshooting guide for it only that we should've followed it stepwise backwards as the problem was a connector to the BCU that wasn't connected.

I'm going to seem like an unfriendly to you, but please DON'T DO WHAT A "FRIEND" TELLS YOU.
Both you and your "friend" are not proving to have much technical knowledge or experience in this sector, and I recommend consulting with a qualified technician. And I apologize to the colleagues in this forum, if I am being aggressive with my words.

I do not doubt that the technicians of this forum (myself included), can help, but, more than giving a slight advice or basic indications, what you need is a qualified technician to be able to do this repair.

The (C) in the error description does not refer to Cyan. It refers to the Center of the three sensors on the ID sensor assembly. Those are (F) Front, (C) Center and (R) Rear.

I had the same problem and it was caused by the transfer belt, although it seemed to be in good shape, after having fought with the id sensors.
