      door open. but they are all closed. the sheets are not there. Thanks for your help.

          Door sensor, rdf control board, or both.. its happened

          Look adf input check.sp's for Door sensor status

          One time its happen on different model (mp4002) the same problem its a main Power supply, i have Lost a morning to find a problem

              Go into the SP mode and check the last error code. You may have a hidden fuser code.
