paper exit unit sensor, item 56 on attachment, (there are 2)... but for sure try to replace the complete paper exit from other machines , if you have.
i suggest you to clean exit paper roller, and contro-roller, and check that all shaft are free to rotating in the various bushing

Best to replace the entire exit assembly and sensors, I have come across several guides which are warped causing this type of jam

Although it requires more time, I disassemble the "Output Unit", replace the deformed guide (usually by the temperature of the fuser) and check all the axles and clean all the wheels / conveyors of the paper.
Some time ago, in an incident, partially lower the fuser temperature and clean the ozone ventilation areas, since the problem was repeated 3 times in less than 2 months. And it has not happened again, after doing this last process.

If it jams every time check each sensor using input/output check in SP mode. Check each sensor changes from 1 to 0 when you put your finger over it etc this will identify which sensor has failed, or rule them out as being OK.

Check the guide plate of the fusing exit. I have found several very deformed by temperature.

hi, I have tried several times "output check" on that problem of that paper output model, but unfortunately it is not reliable, as the problem is not fixed, but it is sporadic and occurs during operation (at least, to me it was always like this, those 4-5 times) so it is almost impossible to catch the sensor at fault

hi, I thought too, there is a bulletin, about the deformation of the fuser palstics, but our friend tullio, says that he has replaced the complete fuser, so if he is not really unfortunate, it is really difficult to catch two fusers with the same defect
