Do the lines occur in copying, printing or both? If only when copying from the Doc feed, you might have a mark from a gel of fluid ink pen on the slit glass.

Surely debris on the laser would be creating a void?

If you have white lines you could try cleaning the laser units. Remove the copy tray (1 screw) & they are sitting above the PCDU.

If after cleaning the lasers you still have the white lines replace the PCDU of that colour.

Or you can strip the PCDU remove & clean the dev unit.

Are the lines magenta down whole page, try another PCDU.

if there is no color... dirty laser or developer failure, lack of developer if it changes area or something obstructing the blade

okay i had this old trick of running a piece of paper behind the dv roller and movint it from side to side from the old days when debris would somehow make its way between the doctor blade and the dv roller
so i did that to the cyan,,, and cleaned the charge roller *very lightly with a very clean cloth and some windex or alcohol,, justa drop make sure it dry before you spin it to the next section**
this seems to have cleared it up,,, thank for all the responses
