    Ricoh MP-C4500 - Collate Problems

i'm having problems with the collate function of the copier.

    i'm getting page 1, 1, 1, etc then page 2, 2, 2 etc

now trust me i've tried every different combination on the prnt driver to no avail. and even have it working fine on my own machine in the workshop

is there any chance that the machine is over ruling the print driver

Its connected to a Fiery controller

    Cheers

I'm assuming you are having trouble with the printing function and not walk up?

Make sure the collate check box is unchecked on the main print window where you select the print driver. Having both checked will confuse the printer.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

The settings in the printrer preferences/printer dialogue box on the pc must match the settings on the copier, ie: paper size and type, source, orientation, collate on/off etc
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

aye cheers m8, i've tried that 1 already paper trays on the printer preferences box have been setup.

just a matter of interest when copying the collate works correctly

i've tried all sorts of combinations, its strange. i was wondering weather the fiery may be involved?
