Ricoh C2504 - Connection refused when accessing Remote Panel Operation

[Rework]

Hello, I'm having trouble with Remote Panel Operation app installed on Ricoh C2504.
When I try to access through browser connection, says Connection Refused.
I checked the network firewall and has nothing blocking it.
The machine has the latest versions of firmware, Java, Smart Operation Panel and Apps.
I checked twice the Remote Panel configs and its correctly enabled.

*I'm trying to install embedded software on this machine - NDD Print Android (It's like Papercut MF) and the machine is unable to connect to the printserver's embedded host. Seems like the machine has some internal firewall blocking the access.

i have never heard of any ricoh having a firewall. sounds like maybe a security setting is blocking access?

Try accessing it as HTTPS instead of HTTP. Some fool may have setup a device certificate incorrectly.

i have never heard of any ricoh having a firewall. sounds like maybe a security setting is blocking access?

I didn't find any security setting that could cause this problem. What should I check?

Try accessing it as HTTPS instead of HTTP. Some fool may have setup a device certificate incorrectly.

When u say box, you meant the printer? If yes, so I already checked Access Control and it's disabled the IP filtering.

i was referring to security on your network. but its possible someone setup something on the copier itself. but most of that i know of requires a user code. and you didn't say anything about needing a code.

Did you check the device certificate as Slimslob suggested? Your video at 50 seconds shows ciphertext as priority and that needs a valid device certificate - you could try changing that option to ciphertext/cleartext as a test.

I changed to cleartext and tested, no success either.

Not sure if it will help, but I had to use a different network port number on a newer model. Try xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:53080 instead of just the IP address.

Hello mates! I'm here to tell how I solved both problems. I wiped the Android system (booting up with recovery mode), re-installed the Apps (from TSRC) and re-enabled Remote Operation.
It works like a charm now! Thanks everyone
