    The Plockmatic should be able to do that. Or at least it used to have a job setup screen that allowed you to specify No Stapling.

      Unfortunately ours is the SR5060. It will fold in half and staple any size I send it. I cannot find an option to fold the sheets together with no staples.

        With the SR5060 you can fold only single sheets only. Saves having to manually fold but you still have to hand assemble, unless you can get Ricoh to write custom firmware for the SR5060. They do charge for custom firmware.

          Thank you for your reply. I like the SR5060 since it will fold in half any size instead of limited sizes like our SR5040. You would think this application could be done on this machine especially since this isn't the first time I've encountered a job that has to be done this way.

            If there are that many users needing the feature, there might already be custom firmware available but you have to ask. Sales support is the best bet.
