    [Misc] Ricoh MP C6004

    Hi to all,
    i have a MP C6004 that power off 2 mins after power on.
    Can someone help?

      Do you have any other information? Plugged into wall, strip, or surge protector? Sitting idle and then shuts off or when running something it shuts off. Got enough juice in your outlet? Firmware up to date?

          Print the SMC report, are there any service codes stored?

              Try turning it on with the front door open. That will prevent the engine from starting up, If it stays on then you have something at about the 2 minute mark into the engine startup sequence that is shorting the power down. After that, start disconnecting peripherals.
