Factory resetting a Ricoh MP C306

Hello, I recentrly was gifted a Ricoh MP C306 and I was able to get into the techincian area with the Reset code to see the page counters and a few other things but I would like to clear the previous company data and address book and any other personal data. Would someone know how to go about factory resetting this device when you do not know any passwords?

Are you a technician or end-user? You should not post proprietary info (like access to sensitive settings such as in the service mode). Good luck getting access to the factory mode. I will not give it out over this PUBLIC forum.

There is an erase all option in the Admin tools
if you goto user tools-system -- setting -- administrator look on page 3 or 4 you will see it

you will need to be logged in as administrator to perform this
iam sure this is in the admin part of the user manual

Also 5846-046 in factory SP. That's quite efficient.
