Customer is asking if there is a way to scan from Ricoh MFP to Sharepoint without paying Ricoh monthly fee. Any help appreciated...thanks.

To my knowledge, NO. The monthly fees go to maintain the Cloud Server that the SharePoint documents are stored on. If they are an Office 365 customer with OneDrive, using it might be less expensive or not. -

I have done it before with Konicas but it really doesn't matter brand I believe.
Setup scan to shared folder on customer's PC then sync real time that folder with cloud(in my case it was Google Drive account not paid).A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Not sure if this 2 app in Ricoh Application Site available in your region.
But in my region it was free to use.
