Heidelberg pro9100 SC370-04

I got issues regarding Heidelberg pro 9100. It has an error sc374-04. I tried cleaning TD sensor and turn on the machine and got another error sc 370-04. I already cleaned ITB sensor but error still the same. I need your valuable opinion regarding this issue. TIA.

The -04 of the SC374-04 tells me two things,

1. You have a color Pro C9100
2. You have a problem with the yellow PCDU

I also get the impression that you do not have a service manual or do not know how to use it. If you do not have a service manual, you should not be trying to repair a production machine.

You are definitely right. I do not have service manual and only rely on an available manual of Ricoh machines console type. I just wanted to give it a try. Its a challenge for my skills.

You can put a request in the Service Manual Requests forum and someone might send you one or buy online at service-manual (dot) net. The free site manualslib only has operator manual for this model.

Both SC codes are related to issues to the ID sensor calibration - perhaps it hasn't be cleaned properly or the PCDU generates low density or image deffects that might trigger this SC codes. I'd also inspect the ITB for defects.
