    Ricoh Aficio 2022 Firmware

    Hello

    I have an Aficio 2022 that hangs on startup and throws SC865. The service manual suggests a firmware upgrade. The current firmware is B0935931F Ver. 1.04. The copier has print, fax and scan options installed. Can anyone please supply the updated firmware for this model? My email address is lanclif@excite.com or clif@lanclif.com.

      First try disconnecting the HDD to eliminate it.
      Don't take that toner with me!

          Open the front door and turn the machine on.
          Go into service mode and reformat the HDD.
          Close the front door then press execute on the touch panel.
          Exit service mode and unplug the machine.
          If the problem repeats, replace the HDD and reformat it following the same procedure.
          Why do they call it common sense?

          If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

              Will try formatting the HDD & bad sector check.
