Ricoh SP C440dn with voided vertical line on color prints only

Hello this Ricoh SP C440dn has brand new Color Drums and a brand new Transfer Belt and Transfer Roller Unit. Fuser look great.

Machine was doing fine until it was moved by a customer.
Now it has this weird vertical void line with some magenta in it.
I am attaching a few pictures.
First is her label sheet with the void line between the "h" and the "a" in the word "milkshake".
Second is the Demo Page with the nose of the fish voided and the circles near it.
Third is a sold Cyan page with the line very visible. Has some magenta in it as well.
Fourth is a solid black page showing no line.

It is possible that the magenta drum was damaged somehow when they moved the machine or a mirror under the magenta drum was knocked out of place?

Why don't you make a pattern of each color? This way you will know what color is the problem. It looks like dirt in the developing unit... do they use refills?

I've seen this....something ( paper dust) or debris has gotten up in the cyan development section. Try separating the drum and dev units. You will notice a thin "void" on the mag roller.
Something is stuck behind the dr. blade. I've used a business card to slide under the doctor blade and force out the debris, usually a "lump" of something (paper dust or a chunk of developer)

        Good luck

At start i thought of this metoo, but he says that the PCDUs are brand new, and that the customer has moved the machine.

            x 2 (most likely)
some lose toner spilled down on the laser shield glass when the machine was moved.
Otherwise it's a 'toner rock' in one of the dev units, but since it's coincidental timing with a relocation, I'm going with shield glass.
            either way...simple fix

Hello and thanks to everyone for these suggestions. I have texted my customer - who is far away- to see if he can clean the laser glass under the cyan unit first.
And if that does not work then to try disassembling the cyan drum / developer unit to remove any debris.
I will report back once I hear back.
              Thank you again.

Hello, it turned out to be a very small piece of the pull strip that was left behind when the pull strip for the Cyan unit was pulled out.
I found it by separating the drum from the developer unit. There is was.
Really weird that the first Demo Page did not show the void line. I should have printed out a few before the customer left.
Thanks to all for the leading me to this solution!
