    Ricoh drivers for Windows 7

    Hi guys,

I am trying to find the drivers for a Ricoh MP C3002 for Windows 7 PC.

Going to Ricoh's website was a dead end as they discontinued offering the drivers for Windows 7.

I found a few sites that claim they have it however they look sketchy and probably will give you a virus.

    Any suggestions?

Re: Ricoh drivers for Windows 7

Ricoh removed all older versions of Windows from their list of Windows OS when Microsoft discontinued support for anything prior to Windows 8.1. Prior to that everything from Win7 on, and I believe XP, ME, 2000 and NT4.1, all used the same driver (32 bit and 64 bit were different). For Windows 11 they only offer 64 bit. If you need 32 bit you will have to use Windows 10. Use the PCL 6 Driver or if you have some really old software the PCL 5C. Do not use anything the says Universal unless you are pooling multiple printers from different manufacturers. Do not use the V4 drivers unless you are using software that is designed to use it,

Is it possible to find the original software that came with the unit on a disk?

          Don't use such tunnel vision.
Pick a PCL 6 Driver for ANY colour box...but let's say a C3003 to keep it similar.
Any driver will work, and if you look at the version numbers, there is NO difference between Windows 7 thru 11.
I'm currently running an SP C430 driver to print to my MP C307 at home

I have found a MP C3001 driver CD from 2010. It contains x86 drivers for Windows XP and Vista. PCL5c approx. 3.3 MB and PCL6 approx. 9.6 MB.
And a MP C3003 CD from 2013, also x86 XP and Vista drivers, PCL5C approx 3,5 MB and PCL6 approx 14,1 MB. All the drivers will also work with the MP C3002.
I can send them to you by e-mail if you give me an e-mail address.

The driver model in Windows hasn't drastically changed between Windows 7 and 10 so a driver for 10 should work.

I'm also hoping that Windows 7 machine doesn't go anywhere near the internet and is on a protected network segment.

usually you can get the best ricoh drivers for elder machines through the " drivers from windows update" option in the driver installation dialogue.
