[Misc] Disable Normal Print? - Ricoh MP C6000

My company uses the Ricoh MP C6000 and everyone sends their jobs to the copier via the Document Server feature. Is there a way to disable the other features like 'Hold Print', 'Normal Print', etc. so that Document Server is the only option available to them? One of my users refuses to listen and I need a way to just block all his print jobs that are sent incorrectly.

    Which driver are you using?

It may be customizable to eliminate all job types but the Doc Server.

Also need to know the OS and if it's 32 or 63 bit.

See page 19: Ricoh White Paper - YAPD Core Based PCL Driver Customization - Powered by Google Docs

Not sure if this applies to all Ricoh PCL drivers though.

If i remember correctly, on the RPCS driver you have a limitations option under advanced options in the printer properties.. Maybe that will help.

              63 bit is not supported

I think if you put the driver on the server, the print type cannot be changed by the user unless the user has admin rights.

Can you apply a user code to just normal print jobs?

I too was looking for something like that for a MPC2050, then I found this site. Still waiting for an answer, though.

Then I found out how to edit the driver manually - problem solved!
