    Gestetner A045 Error Code SC402-00

    I have looked through the manual and I don't know what this code means. Can anyone help? The plotter is printing completely blank pages from both Plotserver files and in copy mode. I'm stumped.

      It's a ID sensor error.

      But if it's printing completely blank copies the root cause is probably a charge or dev bias problem.
      See you would get a ID sensor error if there was no toner patch developed on the drum surface to get a feedback measurement from.
