    Ricoh MP C4000 print issue

    Print Job appears to be printing in 81/2x11 (from a Macs if this matters) and copier is set to paper size 81/2x11 but
    Job wont print error says mismatched paper size.
    This copier has been in place for 3 years and has been printing fine

          What paper size does it ask you to load into the tray at the Ops panel off the copier. Check documents page size settings. Check the following settings in user tools- printer features- system- auto continue change to immediate and Sub paper size change to on. Good luck
