Hi, I need help, I bought a ricoh mp 5000 but can not login, I tried "admin" + passoword "" but does not enter someone can suggest something?

The default login is admin with NO password. If that fails, log in as supervisor with no password through web image monitor, then go to cofiguration and change the password to null in programme / change administrator.

Default is :

Username : admin
Password : leave empty

If that doesnt work use :

Username : supervisor
Password : leave empty

Then you can change the admin account back to default.

Default is admin and no password. Try that first, if that doesn't work try supervisor and no password. Supervisor will allow you to change the admin password. If that doesn't work then you need to change nvram.

enter the factory menu (yellow - 1 - 4 - 3 - Red - Keep red) enter in copy and resets the sp 5846-46, then try entering the default password
