The MP C6000 will not duplex multiple originals. It will duplex a 1 page document but with multiple page docs it jams before it pulls the second page.

Usual suspects been changed? What sort of state is the white feed belt in? Junction gates moving okay?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

The white feed belt is covered in crud! But no tears. I ask a (Ricoh trained Tech) and he said he had never seen that belt cause any issues.....Comment

I recently did the course for this beast and the instructor was very clear on keeping that belt spotless. Might be an idea to change the torque limiter too.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
