[Error Code] Nashuatec c7521n error sc0041

Morning all, just looking for a bit of assistance if possible, I am going to look at this machine in the morning, but have no real knowledge of it, wondered if anyone could help.

The machine is a nashuatec c7521n and is showing error code sc0041, I am a fully trained engineer on panasonic, konica, utax and Kip so i`m not a customer trying to fix it myself, as quite a few people on here seem to be, we are looking at this on behalf of another company.

If anyone could help out with how to clear, what it is or any general tips on this machine, it would be hugely appreciated.

This SC code seems invalid to me. Usually ricoh machines have 3 digits SC codes and generally no code below SC1xx (like SC011). In case you got this submitted by telephone you might call back and ask the customer to take another look.
