[Error Code] Ricoh mpc 4502 error code: sc792 00

hi i wonder if anyone can help me im setting up a new machine (ricoh mpc 4502) and fitted bridge unit and a sr3100 booklet finisher then when i turned it on its coming up with the 792 error code i looked in the manual and it says: 2. Install a new finisher.

this is brand new out the box so don't understand why it aint working has anyone had the same problem ?

Its the Wrong Finisher the 4502 uses either the SR3110 booklet finisher or the SR3090

The SR3100 is for the 3502

i bet it was the Salesman that done this, they are forever making errors with customer orders

Lets just say i have installed many machines with finishers and the customers would always say " That finisher looks awfully small, the one the salesman showed me and agreed to buy was much bigger in the picture"

So when i would get back to the office, i would look at the order form and notice that the salesman had made a nice few quid selling a large finisher and ordering a small one.

3 weeks ago i had to install a punch-unit in the SR-3090 ! LOL
