[Error Code] MP6002 SC 542 001

HI guys,

your input is highly appreciated!!

the mentioned MFP MP6002 is new and indicating the SC 542,I've replaced thermistors to no avail,the lamps are all OK after checking,

has anyone come across this problem?
please help!

Replace the thermistors, check the thermostats and replace as necessary. Reset code by going into service mode and turning the machine off and then on.

replace thermistors
replace brackets for thermistors
update firmware.
