[Error Code] MP2000 error code failed to connect server (DHCP)

Work on MP 2000, Machine is not networked. It shows failed to connect server ( in automatic DHCP mode)
I tried to put it on manual IP : 11.22.33.44. But it still show failed to connect.
Are there anyway to disable the network ability on this machine? Please help. Thanks.

11.22.33.44 is not a real IP, just one the machine makes to tell you it failed to connect to the DHCP (similar to 169.254.x.x range). If you don't have a network setup you can set the IP to one of the following: 10.0.0.1, 172.16.0.1 or 192.168.0.1 and with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 and DHCP disabled. Everything else can be left either 0.0.0.0 or blank. If you do have a network, you have to find whatever range you are on.

Correct me if I missunderstood your post, but you wuld like to remove the notification on machine screen that says "failed to connect to..." and that machine don't even need network connection?
I beleve it just takes to set IP adres manualy to E.G. 192.168.0.10 and subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 default gateway to 0.0.0.0. and it's done, machine won't show notification cause whit DHCP turned on,machine try to aquire IP adres from network it self, and with no network, and no IP adress it shows notification.
If on the other hand you are actualy having problems connecting machine to network then you have to deduce where is the problem.
Laptop and cross over cable is necesery to connect to machine and just type IP adress (The one you set up manualy on machine) in to Explorer/Mozila/Opera/Crome search engine.
If you can acsses Image Monitor of machine then problem is in customers network and they need to sort it out with there IT manager.
If you can't acsses it then it's problem whit machine it self.

Sp5985-001 set to 0 would disable network ability alltogether if that's really what you want, but if not: specify ip like already suggested should do the trick.
