Ricoh Aficio MP2000 fax and sram problem

Hey Guys, I had message on display sram error so I thought I need to replace sram board and I did it. Before I did that I had problem with reciving fax pages and with from time to time frozeing machine. After hard reset I put mushine in ready state but after some short time I got same problem. I had too problem with receving fax pages and sending was ok. After I changed sram board I had problem with sending faxes not with receving and after trying to send fax I got report with message electric power failure memory TX. Please can someone help me what should I do. Should I flash firmware or u got some other solution for this problem.

Of course, Firmware is a good start. I would re-install the original board and update it.
If problem remains, try:

Disable ECM: Fax SP 1-104-002 set bit 0 = 0

Disable V8 Protocol Fax SP 1-105-004 bit 2 to 0

How old is the machine? Sound similar to when the MBU battery is not switched on - the battery could be flat!

+ check if MBU is seated correctly on FCU

Well machine is old I thing about 5 years but still I changed ever board and I got same problem with fax even when I returned old fax board which one doesn't have problem with sending now I have and reaciving works fine but sending still doesn't. very strange problem and ill post to u all if I solve it with ur solutions. Thanks in advance all.
