I mean the fusing unit is typically brand new.

Clean the thermistor, perhaps it accumulate some toner.... check the thermostat if its not open... basically i do enter in SP mode then turn it off... but to be more helpful tell us the model... thanksfix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

Totally agree with earlier post,It's not that sort of typical 1045 fuser where you can easily access thermistors,be careful and make sure you know what you are doing,clear it with 5-810 or simply going in SP and restart,if it pops up again measure the line voltage,
if that doesn't help follow the Service manual or better '' CALL A TECH''.
