          Yep, that's the exact problem. Is there something like a small piece of paper or something stuck in the drum or maybe the fuser? Other than that, you need to get a tech out and troubleshoot the problem. IMind is dead-on.

                  PCU is seized up. Replace the PCU and you'll be fine. I have that happen all the time at one of our accounts with like 30 of those machines.
