    Can't print configuration page

    Hi all

    Aficio 3035. I can't print configuration page. The machine will be hang. Also can't print from all PC. Network is ok. Ping IP reply. Already change controller board still same problem. need help from u all. Thanks...

      Are there any SC's logged in the SMC data?

      Perhaps there's a problem with the RAM or HDD.

        Do a memory clear on Printer Application. Then re-try the config page, if it doesn't go through set the machine to DHCP then print the Interface Print List. If the machine hasn't picked up an IP you could have a faulty network cable, faulty network port, faulty controller or any range of problems.

            U mean NCS? Never do that yet. I'll will try that later. Thanks a lot..
