    Smart device monitor for admin

    Can anyone let me know why im not able to get into the address management tool in Smart device monitor for admin on a Ricoh 2060. The error I get is Authentication has failed. I am using admin with no password. I can get into the WIM and see the address book with those credentials. There are 5 machines at this location and this is the only one I can't get into. I have also tried the supervisor and given the admin account a password. I have had no luck any help would be grateful.

      Not something stupid like a duplicate I p address?
      Disconnect and ping the I.p.

          If it was the IP address he would not be able to get into WIM.

              Since you can get into WIM, goto Program/Change Administrator and check that everything is set to Administrator 1.
