[Misc] Problem In Printing Ricoh Mp c6000

I Have a customer work with a network and using "SAP" Program to his business
are there any way to force this program to print black and white with out using the CYM colors

I told the customer to configure the driver to print on black and white mode not color but the printer still tack toner from the other colors

1- is that possible to configure the driver as a black an
2-If this can be how to stop printing from the other color and force this printer "Mp C6000 " to use the Blacke toner only

If the driver on the users PC is defaulted to B/W and they still print in color from Their SAP program, They need to configure the printer in the SAP program. They may need to contact their support for the SAP application......

The machine will ALWAYS use some color toner because it uses all colors for process control and line position and color calibration..............

SAP doesn't use drivers, but rather "device types".

Sometimes using a B/W only device type will help cut down the color clicks, in this case perhaps the MP6000 (not a color machine).

You can't supply the customer with this, the customer must get it from their SAP vendor, as a support contract is normally required.

Ricoh (or any other printer vendor) does not write the device types, SAP does.

          Thanks for all for help

Instead of using MP c6000 driver i suggest to use MP 6000 driver, and in this driver there is no color option
          and now the problem solved

" my be they use this option " this suggest from allan to use HP PCL
or like KenB said they use device type

Tonerbomb you are right in line position and color calibration.............the machine with use the color but not in printing

          Thank you
