I have a MPC 5501, trying to setup Fax Forward to email. It works fine but it comes as a .tif . Is there any way to change the file format to .PDF on this model?

Try going to the fax parameters and changing parameter 21 bit 3 to a 1.
Also parameter 11 bit 6 = 0 to stop printing aswell as forwarding.
