    Samsung SCX-6345N Service Mode

Ok, so I've got the manual. This is what I read:

    4.5.2 Entry Point
The entry for Diagnostics is the combination of hard key.
User should press "xxx" and "yyy" altogether.

After pressing the hard button for entry, OP displays.......

So what the hell does that mean? There is no "xxx" or "yyy" hard keys, or soft keys, or any other kind of keys. I been through every menu I can find. I think they need to hire better Korean to American translators to write these manuals.

Does anybody know how to get into the service mode? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did you enter the passcode? And? Details man details!
Yea, the manual does look at tad confusing, but it does have nice pretty color pics.

I'll really start enjoying those color pictures once I'm in service mode.

The only menu I find that asks for a passcode is Admin Setup, and it doesn't like 1934 as a passcode. =^..^=

          Sorry for not following up:

Press & hold "1", "2", & "3" until the screen changes, than enter the passcode. (Thanks, Bayshore!) =^..^=
