Take a photo of the display and post it here.

I would like to help but i need to see more information.

Also, explain when the error appears. For example, "Doctor, Doctor, When I do this movement with my arm it hurts."

Something that is descriptive so that I get a context to place the error into.

With what you have supplied so far I cannot help.

Maybe you have a new machine and the srew for the scanner lock at the left side is in the machine?
