You may try printer controller reset, sim 67-17. Reinput smtp setttings. If you are having trouble reaching hosts, it may lie on the network router or firewall. Check DNS settings, try an outside DNS like Google (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) for resolution.

Yes, our dealership has started using office 365 recently and we haven't had any problems.

Does model age have anything to do with connecting? Mxm 363 should be fine right?

Should be OK, we have a 5001N and a 4111N working. I did see a bulletin about putting angled brackets around the reply email address in the Scan Settings of the web page.
Check TT-063015_2; the MXM363 wasn't listed, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Re: Sharp SMTP scanning to email

Microsoft changed the hostname of the mail server to smtp.office365.com I had a couple of calls today regarding it.
                        Hope that helps !
