I have two MX 2640 set up to use office 365, just migrated from exchange on premises to cloud.
Reset smtp settings to use smtp.office365.com port 587. Both pass connection test to exchange mailbox.
one however creates a network timeout error during scan to email process. the other is fine and sends through to recipient mailbox.
I have tried increasing timeout to 60 seconds, but the machine with the timeout error still errors.
