Sharp MX2010 Maintenance code TA

Hi,

Our sharp copier is showing maintenance code TA, i know that we have reached the limit that was set by the counter. I tried to go into the Sim mode by pressing #/P , * , C , # but its not working.. also pressed home button twice but its not going through.. So i was wondering maybe its disabled by the technician.. its there anyway to enable it?

yeah, I only missed the copy part, its perfectly working now.. but thanks anyway
