    Toner chip reset?

Hello. I am wondering if there is any way to reset a sharp toner chip? We have a lot of toner from trade ins and machines we got from resellers. I would like to make some full cartridges but they still show whatever level it had in it. I have seen some toner chips for sale on ebay. Seeing if any other options. Thanks.

From what i understand, those chip are EEPROMs you can write / Erase on them using any micro contoller
I have the project to try writting on them but it is on going project when i succed i will tell you, but in mean time, i can tell you some leads i have,

First i plan to order an arduino uno kit and wire it
Then i will try to read from it and see if i can write on it using may be 5v or 3V pulse command
if i succeed i will proceed to copy a full data from a new chip for each type ether 61GT or 36GT or 45GT and so on...

I will tell you how all this will work out, or you may do it on your side and tell me how it all went
    GoodLuck
