mx 3060N reset password

Hello,
I picked up a sharp Mx 3060 from a costumer fo us.
I would like to use the copier in my office but i don't know the admin password
I tried to follow the "Howto_Initialize_AdminPassword_and_ServicePasswor d_20151116" instructions but the machine isn't connect to internet and moreover i don't know which is the "liaison" mail
Anybody can help me ?

Default password is admin all lowercase. If it is not that you will have to go through the Sharp hot line Portal and go through the password reset process.

You can try this if you can access another machine that hasn't had the admin password changed

Hello, the copier isn't connected to ethernet; is it possible to restore backup through usb ? In this case have you a backup to use ?

From the machine, it cannot be accessed through the website.
Security settings: ini.private_data/machine.
The execution takes a long time, about half an hour

do you have this file for 3061 etc and BP too ?

The same file can be used for the 2651 etc.

BP is now different, after the recent PW policy change. We tried copying the storage backup from other copiers, however the PW still remains the same.

Don't copy anything besides the CSV files to BP machines!!!! You're just asking for trouble! MX series machines you would get away with minimal to no issues, but BP's you'll end up regretting it.
