    MX-3570 has H3-02 wont reset

    Hello, this machine goes into this code as soon as machine is turned on. We have replaced the fuser, pcu board and the ACpwb. None of thesr have changed anything. Seeing if anyone else has any suggestions on what next. Thanks

    Check the harness inside the machine for dirty/bent pins.

      we also just swapped the fuser connection harness inside the machine. Still no good.Nothing mentions the mfpc board, but that is about the only thing we have not replaced, dont have one. We have dealt with this code before, but non of what fixed it before works on this one.

        It changed from H3-02 TO H2-02. Also changed the fuser drive.

            Oh definitely this. A bunch of times that gear has failed and need replaced, so we just stock that gear/shaft.

              We are still stumped on this one. We have replaced the PCU board, AC pwb, HL board, multiple fusers, fuser connection harness. The code pops up right away before the machine pre drives or anything. Also we changed the fuser drive a couple times, parts from a working machine. Also did firmware. Thanks for the replies so far and any new ideas I will sure appreciate.

                    Seeing if these pics mean anything , problem machine showing 0 degrees in Thermistor sub 2, I am not sure what sub thermistors are? Are they the non contact thermistors? The fuser is good, I put it in another machine and the other pic shows degree readings.The PCU board we just got from Hytec, I put the original back on and no change in the readings.

                      Did Sharp Tech Support say anything regarding the sub thermistors? I can't find what they are either.

                        I'm pretty sure that the sub thermistor is the flimsy piece of shit at the right edge, in contact with the fusing belt.
                        RDTCT0250FCZZ
                        TH_UM : main center non-contact
                        TH_US1 = TH_US : edge non-contact
                        TH_US2 = TH_SUB2 : sub edge piece of shit

                        But the manual says it's the edge non-contact
                        H2-02 Thermistor open trouble (Upper Sub TH_US1 detection) TH_SUB2_2

                          No, they were not much help at all.

                              When you replaced the PCU did you follow the procedure in the book to calibrate the thermistors? You have to power the machine on and off with the fuser not installed or something.
                              Maybe also go into the fuser sim and reset the settings back to default incase some one was screwing around in there. Sim 43 i think.
