it was brought to my attention that you can enter the simulation mode by quickly pushing the home button twice which will bring up another screen with the firmware
version shown in the lower right corner. Upon pressing the firmware will bring up the menu for doing maintenance mode resets.
Just wanting to confirm as I don't usually work on sharp products. Trying to help another dealer.
Any input always appreciated.

i did go over and still no luck getting into the simulation menu.
When I press the home screen button quickly the screen that comes up will not show a firmware version in the lower right corner to allow me to further access.
I tried fast and also slow but no luck.

Finally went back onsite and did a power down and power up
Not sure why but I was able to get into the settings and clear the PM code
